Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

By placing an order with Good Influence, you expressly acknowledge and agree that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, chargebacks, or refunds of any kind.

NO RETURNS

We do not accept returns under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Incorrect sizing or fit

  • Dissatisfaction with material, color, or design

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Failure to review product descriptions or sizing information

Each product is thoroughly inspected and quality-checked prior to shipment.

NO EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified, exchanged, or replaced.

NO REFUNDS

All payments are non-refundable. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason, including delivery delays, customs issues, or refusal of delivery.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is materially defective or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue

  • Original packaging included in the photos

Failure to submit a claim within this timeframe will result in automatic denial.
If approved, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. This is the only circumstance where a refund is possible.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once an order has been shipped, Good Influence is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

  • Incorrect address information provided by the customer

  • Carrier delays or errors

All shipping risks transfer to the customer upon dispatch.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for transactions governed by this policy. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent banning from future purchases

  • Submission of evidence to payment processors

  • Legal action where applicable

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LIMITED RELEASES

Due to the exclusive and limited-release nature of our luxury streetwear collections, all items are considered final sale and non-resalable once worn or handled.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing from Good Influence, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy in its entirety. This policy is legally binding and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
