Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier and are outside of our control.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Returned shipments due to address errors

Reshipment fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete information
Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered successfully delivered.
LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Good Influence assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for:

Claims made without carrier documentation
Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
International orders may be subject to:

These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for:

Seized or rejected packages

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If an item arrives materially damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Claims submitted outside this window will be automatically denied.
If approved, resolution will be determined at our sole discretion
LIMITED DROPS & HIGH-VOLUME RELEASES
During limited releases, shipping and processing times may be extended without notice.
By purchasing during a drop, you acknowledge and accept potential delays.
RISK OF LOSS
All risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
CHARGEBACKS & SHIPPING DISPUTES
Initiating a chargeback related to shipping issues covered under this policy constitutes a breach of our terms. We reserve the right to:
